1. Purpose

This policy ensures everyone enjoys high-quality service, even resource distribution, platform stability, and protection against misuse, keeping TinyCTA reliable and affordable.

2. Usage Guidelines

These limits suit most users' needs:

  • Short links created: up to 50,000/month
  • CTA overlay views: up to 1 million/month
  • Custom overlay assets: up to 100 MB total storage, with max 10 MB per design
  • API requests: up to 100,000 calls/day

These thresholds are designed for fairness and avoid affecting other users or our infrastructure.

3. Defining Excessive Use

If any usage consistently exceeds these standards over 3+ months, it's considered excessive, including:

  • ≥ 50k short links created/month
  • ≥ 1M overlay views/month
  • Over 100 MB stored for overlay designs
  • ≥ 100k API requests/day
  • Automated mass-link-generation or sharing across multiple organizations without authorization
